- Sending of productions by Express Post will take between 3 to 10 days .
- Sending of productions Ordinary Post will take between 15 to 20 days .
- Sending of productions by Ordinary Post will take only on Sundays .
- Express Post that is liable to customs & ordinary post , exempt from customs in case the parcel that is liable to customs , it s expenses is paid by customer .
- Pottery goods that are throwing with hand , it is possible to differ in weight & size to some extent in numerous recommendation .
- For the handicrafts, minor differences weight, and colours are unavoidable moreover for products, figures and colours might be different from one artist to another and each product is unique.
- If customer wants & numerous number from samples of site , he can call us via Email & so on and then he can give us sufficient time for producting , especially about unique painting or works that accomplish with hand .
- Products are sold subject to the company's "conditions of sale" & "prices".
